Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Dios Nutrition, we strive to ensure our supplements meet the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of health and consumable products, we have established the following policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We only accept return or replacement requests under the following “Bona Fide” circumstances:

Damaged on Arrival: The product container is physically damaged or leaked during transit.

Wrong Item Delivered: You received a different flavor, weight, or product than what was ordered.

Tampered Seal: The inner safety seal of the product was broken or missing upon delivery.

Expired Product: The product delivered has passed its “Best Before” date.
2. Mandatory “Unboxing Video” Requirement
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure a quick resolution, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.

The video must show the shipping label and the sealed outer package.

You must show the act of opening the parcel and the condition of the internal products.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or Used Products: Once the seal is broken, the product is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Personal Preference: Issues related to taste, flavor preference, or “perceived effectiveness.”

Health Reactions: Digestive issues, rashes, or headaches (unless the product is proven to be defective). We recommend consulting a doctor before use.

Missing Freebies: If a free shaker or t-shirt is missing, we will send the missing item, but the main supplement remains non-returnable.
4. Timeline for Requests

Report Window: All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received back at our warehouse:

Approval: If approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Timeline: It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.
6. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
